Hello everyone, Today, I'm talking about a lot of things and I'll be giving you an update on what happened today.

So, I managed to fix my issue with the Navi not sticking to the screen as you scroll around and the solution is so stupid. It's literally setting position to fixed instead of absolute. That makes so much sense but I was up late so that doesn't matter.

-Desktop Update-

I switched from Flexbox to Grid and my goodness it's so much better for the desktop icons. I had to do a bit of tweaking and that took centuries but so far so good.

-Unlocked Blog and GuestBook Page with possible comment section implementation-

Finally, I got BearBlogs setup so y'all could finally see what goes on inside my head whenever I make stuff. Here's my RSS Feed if you want to sub to it. I still have to setup the comments later on since you know what I'm thinking but I don't know what y'all are thinking. I discovered Atabook and that's gonna be the place where I make peeps sign my Guestbook so yay. I learned that some peeps uses Google Forms to receive and display input but, personally, I think that's not the best knowing google tends to hog any data every single human has. Data should be a privilege that should be kept and not something should be taken for nefarious purposes.

-Status Update Page and its bugs-

On the topic of its bugs, I basically reused and edited code off the Navi but for some reason the button doesn't work. Like I click on it and it's like it's not receiving any input. I placed it all over the webpage and it's not budgin'. I legit had to open it manually which isn't really ideal. I legit had to make another javascript page and it's not working at all. That will be a problem for future Raye but for now enjoy the webpage version of Status update

-Possible Chatbox Overlay for Desktop Page-

So, I discovered what Cbox is and I will implement that next but since the I had issues implementing javascript specifically on the Status Updates Page. I probably need to think things through but stay excited cause I can finally talk to some of y'all. Also, Raye, why would you have a GuestBook, a comment section, and a chat box if you can just dump all of that into the chatbox. Easy, the Guestbook is specifically for guestbook related stuff such as complements and expressing ones thoughts about the website. Comment section's for suggestions and thoughts. Chatbox is for the general stuff and about different topics that can go outside of WebDev.

-Tempo of Things-

I might have to slow down cause I have reached my workflow's plateau. It's that point where I'm less motivated and bored to continue on developing the website. I still would love to develop my website but I wanna take my time on it. I need breaks, a moment to think and breath, a moment to have time for something else. I legit worked on this website for days endlessly and you can basically call it my WebDev hyperfixation week. It's similar to my Linux hyperfixation week but WebDev. I also have homework to deal with so that's not fun but it's a must do.
